I've been to tons of beaches (hello tan sunkissed skin!) but this one is different since I got to try other activities for a change. 


We rode a roro for Samal, which takes 15 minutes and just P10. I am amused! We stayed in Blujaz Beach Resort for a discounted rate since the owner is a family friend of our friend. The sand is powdery white and feels great on the toes. There are also tiny fish and starfish near the shore.

This banana boat doesn't flip since it's got 2 barrel

Facilities include 2 water slides (the longest in Southern Mindanao), an infinity pool and water sports. We got to ride some watersports, the banana boat and the jet ski! It was strangely enjoyable, falling off the banana boat and feeling the wind woosh through your hair while you're hanging on to dear life. I felt so alive and free!

Every Saturday night, they have comedians to perform and tell stand-up jokes, along with very talented firedancers! Some jokes were in bisaya which I don't understand.
