Hello! Please do not purchase your gadgets from Kimstore! Below is the detailed account by my brother of why they have the worst after sales service.

We purchased a Nexus 7 32GB Nexus as a Christmas gift for the whole family.
We brought it to their store for repair (a few months old) for repair on March 8, 2014 because it wouldn't power on. It was received by ERIC CENIZAL, and it is stated in the receiving slip that it takes around 3-4 weeks for a repair. It has been TWO MONTHS already, and the unit has still not been returned. The SIX hotline numbers 09228429907, 09178717101, 09053201818, 09228859799, 09088869799, 9042966, are USELESS, as either no one picks up the phone or they are turned OFF.

When someone does answer the line, they just give excuses that they are STILL SEARCHING for the unit. They did sound apologetic, but apologies do not give back the money you spent on the device (roughly Php15k). So does this mean if you put your device for repair, they just store it, then they forget where they put it in? Nakalimutan nila kung saan nakalagay? They always just promise to find the unit, and send it to us.
Because we think they cannot even repair the unit, we just said we will pull it out. And we will just get it repaired in Greenhills (where they can fix it on the spot). But even with this request, they can't even find the unit. The latest update of this is they promised it will be shipped by May 13, 2014. But up to now it's gone. Wild guess is they probably lost it. Hahahaha! How is that for customer service.

GIST: Kimstore has one of the worst after sales customer service. You'll probably never get your unit back if you send it back to them for repair. Purchase your gadgets elsewhere! A friendly warning from us.
